To initiate a return for an undamaged product, please ensure it is accompanied by its original accessories and packaging, as well as the original receipt (or gift receipt), within 14 days of receiving the product. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will proceed with either an exchange or a refund, utilizing the original payment method. However, please note the following:

• The item must be in new condition with its packaging unopened to qualify for a return.

• Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Refunds will not be provided for missing kit items or opened products.
